Dutch PM Rutte Orders Nighttime Lockdown To Fight COVID-19 Surge

The Dutch government on Friday ordered further restrictions including a nighttime closure of bars, restaurants and most stores to stem a recordbreaking wave of COVID19 cases that is threatening to overwhelm the country's healthcare system.
