The details to be collected include fingerprint impressions, palmprint impressions, footprint impressions, photographs, iris and retinal scans, physical, biological samples and their analysis, behavioural attributes including signatures, handwriting, etc. The bill, when introduced, saw many opposing voices calling it 'unconstitutional' and 'draconian'
